Booking Policies
Due to space management, only one client is taken at a time. Clients must attend appointments alone.
For frontal ponytails, hair must be texturized, relaxed, or properly blown out. Clients who don't wish to texturize may get a silk press beforehand — BHC does not offer silk press.
Hair must be completely clean and free from oils, grease, hair food, creams, or heavy styling products for ponytail services.
BHC does not provide wig lines (cornrows) or hair washing. Clients must arrive with hair fully washed, clean, and prepared.
R150 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling must be requested before the appointment date.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may attract an additional fee.
Minimum 48-hour turnaround for all customization. Wigs requiring customization must be dropped off at least 24 hours before the appointment. Same-day customization is not available.
Hair dropped off must be collected a minimum of 48 hours after drop-off.
Cash, EFT, and bank transfer accepted. All payments must reflect immediately. No refunds on hair purchases.
