1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or making a booking with Bad Hair Central, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Bad Hair Central provides professional hair installation services including frontal installs, wig installs, HD lace melts, wig customization, wig styling, wig revamps, hair sales, and hair consultations. All services are provided by appointment only at our studio in Salt River, Cape Town.

3. Bookings & Deposits

• All appointments must be booked in advance via Fresha or by contacting us directly.
• A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit amount is communicated at the time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows forfeit the full deposit amount.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• Arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise agreed.
• Inform us of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or concerns before your appointment.
• Please note that results may vary depending on hair condition, wig quality, and individual factors.

6. Hair Sales & Products

All hair sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described. Please inspect all products at the time of purchase.

7. Photography & Social Media

We may take photos of completed styles for use on our social media and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, please let us know before your appointment. No images will be posted without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bad Hair Central takes all reasonable care to provide quality services. However, we are not liable for any damage to hair, scalp, or property that results from pre-existing conditions, client-supplied products, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
